We have developed various new concepts for the production of stringers made from composite which will be used as stringers in the fuselage. Several different stringer geometries due to modularity or flexible deformation of form surfaces can thus be displayed in a tool. This will reduce the number of required tooling and consequently the production cost and space requirement.
