A turn-key production line for “fixed trailing edges” (33 m in length) includes the following processes:

  • Internal logistics (material flow of all required single parts)
  • External logistics (material transportation to the end customer via special transport frames)
  • Fabrication (milling / drilling / burring / riveting / assembling / measuring)
  • Tools and tool management
  • Quality management
  • Determination of energy and consumables
