With sites in Wiefelstede and Jaderberg, BRÖTJE-Automation has access to a pool of specialist staff and facilities allowing for a high vertical range of manufacture. This is of particular importance for function and quality-related system components. We have various state-of-the-art processing machines as well as multiple 3D coordinate measuring machines at our disposal. Our large production halls furthermore provide the space needed for complete pre-assembly and commissioning of even large-sized installations and systems in-house. The systems measurements are performed by Faro®-Lasertrackers:
- Hall 10: more than 1,600m² (17,000 ft2), more than 16 m (52 ft) crane hook height, 3 gates 8 x 9 m (26 x 29 ft)
- BA Jaderberg: 2,700 m² (29,000 ft2), crane hook height 12 m (39 ft), span width 19 m (62 ft)

As capacity demands, we can recruit specialty firms with long-standing experience from the surrounding area as well as specialty firms from abroad. It goes without saying that our sites are certified in accordance with the required standards, including but not limited to ISO 9100.
