The efficiency of technical manufacturing systems is significantly affected by the system’s layout and the location of the individual stations within the system. Optimizing work flow between manual work tasks, fully automated work tasks, and everything in between requires a constant consideration of the entire process flow as a whole. At BRÖTJE- Automation, we design the ideal layout for the respective production range (wing skins, structural components, section assembly, etc.) based on an analysis of the whole system. Building-specific criteria of customers’ facilities are certainly also taken into account when setting up the production system.
