We are developing systems for a continuous production of 3D shaped and bend composite fiber profiles. The system’s main task is to pre-form profiles made from dry composite fiber materials (e.g. carbon fiber roving and fabrics). The subsequent resin infusion and consolidation (curing) is effected by a special tool from CLAAS Fertigungstechnik GmbH (CFT).
