Laying Heads

For efficient processing of semi-finished composites

We develop end effectors for processing semi-finished composites (roving / tapes):

  • Laying heads for processing dry C-fiber strands on basis of Fiber-Placement-Technology (AFT)
  • Tape laying heads for production of pre-impregnated C-fiber-tapes with thermoplastic matrix (thermoplastic prepreg-tapes)
  • Use of innovative methods for energy input
  • Integration of AFP technologies in production cells for the aviation technology
  • Cooperation with renowned large research institutions and universities
