When it come to selecting the right rivet, the BRÖTJE-Automation 24-tray rivet injection system, which is located directly on the multi-function end effector, offers an optimized riveting cycle – even when the stack is only identified during the drilling process.

The unit is designed for four rivet diameters in the standard version. Further rivet diameters can be added as an option.  After on-line detection of the stack thickness, the appropriate grip length is immediately available and installed by machine.
