The manufacture of pipeline tubing necessitates precise measuring technology, which we integrate directly into the production process. We ensure quality throughout the entire production process. The pipe end flanges are measured by laser in an inline process before subsequent welding process takes place.
The thickness of the pipe walls is optimised during the rolling process. CLAAS Fertigungstechnik can supply you with turnkey lines, set up for a batch size of 1 (easy re-tooling).
