As a general rule, we develop components to fit into an automated joining and welding process.
We use only the latest processes with universal part fixturing and clamping.
The fixture is adjusted automatically by means of component recognition and detection for a batch size of 1 (easy re-tooling).
CLAAS Fertigungstechnik has a great deal of experience in the welding of heavy steel plate and aluminium and we integrate our quality assurance system (weld parameter monitoring) directly within the production.
Our services also include the simulation of the entire production process.
