To maintain these high standards in all aspects of our business, Quality Management of everything we do is our first priority. Established process flows, a management system organised and certified to the highest standards ensures the attainment of our quality targets.

To achieve quality, every individual in the Claas team is called upon to show quality awareness in their individual tasks and actions. Quality is also influenced to a major extent by our suppliers; each vendor has been systematically selected, supported and acts in accordance with the quality principles that we adopt in running our business.

Protection of the environment is equally as important to us. We consider the observance of environmental laws and regulations to be our absolute minimum standard. Beyond that, we are totally committed to keeping the environmental impacts of our operations to a minimum. In particular, we are working continuously to minimise our energy consumption and conserve the use of valuable natural resources.

Our employees are integral to achieving these goals and regularly attend appropriate training seminars.

We constantly strive to fulfil our responsibilities with an environmentally compatible development of our products using an eco-friendly structuring of the value-added chain, i.e. development, purchasing, production, logistics etc.,

Through continuous improvement and optimisation in all sectors, we are committed to reducing the burden on the environment whilst further enhancing our quality performance.

The company management undertakes to create the conditions for meeting our quality and environmental requirements. It is the responsibility of each individual employee, where possible, to work with a focus on quality and environmental compatibility.

Likewise, every employee and departmental head has a responsibility to observe and improve the quality and environmental management system which he/she has helped to design. We go about achieving this common goal by equipping our employees with the necessary training and authority.
