In individual employee meetings conducted annually, we also guarantee the payment of performance-based compensation. In addition, our senior management follows a business-oriented approach and participates in the success of the company through a modern compensation model.

Thinking about tomorrow today

We offer our employees a personal pension plan based on government incentive schemes. This is our way of ensuring that our employees are fully covered when they enter retirement. In association with "Generali Lebensversicherung" and "Metallrente", we can offer our employees three different personal pension plan options:

 

  1. Direct insurance taxed at flat rate (converted in gross)

  2. Government-subsidised direct insurance, a.k.a. "Riester Pension" (converted in net)

  3. Capital-building retirement provisions (unit-linked direct insurance)
