We have flexible and individual working time arrangements for all areas in order to ensure the smooth implementation of projects, as well as to meet the associated customer requirements and the needs of employees.

Employees working on flexitime can – within the framework of their individual time account and by arrangement with their superiors – organise their own working hours according to operational requirements.
